Billing Dashboard

The billing feature in Yeedu is designed to monitor and calculate resource usage, specifically Yeedu Compute Units (YCU), for all tenants. It ensures precise tracking of usage at various levels, including hourly, daily, and monthly. This feature also offers flexibility by enabling users to filter billing data based on multiple dimensions, such as tenants, clusters, machine types, labels, and cloud providers.

  • Total YCU: Total number of YCUs (Yeedu Compute Unit) consumed.
  • Total Minutes of Usage: Total duration of run time of all resources (in minutes).
  • Number of Tenants: Total number of tenants associated.
  • Number of Clusters: Total number of clusters created.
  • Usage Summary Graph: A graphical representation of YCU consumption based on usage date, sorted by cloud providers.
  • Tenant: Tenant associated with cluster usage.
  • Cluster: Name of the cluster used
  • Machine Type: The machine type of the respective cluster.
  • YCU / Hour: YCU consumption per hour for the machine type.
  • Usage Date: The date the cluster was utilized.
  • Minutes of Usage: The total duration the cluster remained up and running.
  • Total YCU: Final cost determined by YCU/hour and total minutes of usage.

The Print button available at the top of billing dashboard enables user to download a pdf version of the billing report.

Filter​

  • Time Range: Option to select time range for filtering billing data. There are 2 options available , users can apply filter with usage date or invoice month
  • Tenant: Option to filter based on tenants.
  • Cloud Provider: Option to filter based on cloud provider.
  • Cluster: Option to filter based on clusters.
  • Machine Type:Option to filter based on machine type.
  • LabelOption to filter based on labels.

Below filters , there are 2 buttons available:

  • Clear All: This button clears and resets all the filters.
  • Apply: This button apply the filters on billing dashboard

User can select multiple filters based on their requirement.

Only users with Platform Billing role will be able to access Billing dashboard.
